Our Andes Mint Party Cake has a soft vanilla mint buttercream filling sandwiched between 3 layers of fudgy chocolate cake sponge. Frosted with more of that amazing vanilla mint buttercream and customized with dark chocolate ganache and crushed Andes Mints. Top it all of with an array of different dark chocolate and mint accents. Our beautiful 3-layer Black Forest Cake is made the traditional German way. We soak the cherries in Kirsch and then simmer them down to a beautiful cherry sauce. Filled and topped with house made whipped Cream and finished with dark chocolate. 9" serves up to 20
